SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER-ABU DHABI

A leading information technology company is currently searching for a new Senior Systems Engineer to assist in the design and documentation of system functional requirements to facilitate the development of requests for proposals and/or information, custom development efforts and project-based planning documents. The suitable candidate will be required to ensure preventive maintenance projects and other such activities that are planned, documented and performed. Diagnose and resolve problems, close calls, return inventory, provide SAR, update calls with all details in HP open view. Installation, configuration HP, ML, DL, BL, ProLiant servers as well as having superior communication and presentational skills for demos to all levels of management. The successful candidate will also have to work closely with sales teams and call centre to respond to all the service-related and maintenance-related opportunities and RFQs. Coordinate for co-hosting marketing events of Microsoft. In order to be successful in this role, candidate must be a computer science graduate or equivalent and must have at least 10-12 years experience in HP products in the IT industry. They must also have knowledge of Symantec and all aspects of security, Blue Coat, IB<-ISS. ProLiant server DL, BL, ML as well as the installation, configuration and maintenance of storage works products and SAN solutions from HP.
