* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent IT related discipline.
* Minimum 8+ years of experience in the development of distributed, mission critical applications in heterogeneous environments/architectures for multi-user systems.
* Preferably 1-2 years experience with middleware, web services and SOA
* Preferably 2-3 years of technical leadership and architecture experience.
* Understanding of TOGAF, Zachman and other Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
